Data Deletion
Last updated: August 23, 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of the data associated with your account or your conversation on ORLOGOS LLC ("ORLOGOS"), and what happens after the request.
1. Who can request it
- Clients (organizations that contracted ORLOGOS) can request deletion of the account and all data associated with it.
- End contacts who exchanged WhatsApp messages with a number served by ORLOGOS can also request deletion of their conversation data.
2. How to request it
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request", including:
- The WhatsApp phone number involved (for an end contact), or the account's registered email (for a Client);
- The organization's name, if applicable;
- Confirmation that you are the data subject or are authorized to request on their behalf.
We use this information only to locate and confirm the data to be deleted — for no other purpose.
3. What gets deleted
After confirming the request, we permanently remove from our databases:
- The message and media history of the conversation associated with the number provided;
- Profile and account configuration data, in the case of a Client account closure;
- Derived records used for automated support (such as notes or data extracted from that conversation).
We may retain, for a limited period, minimal records necessary to comply with legal, tax, or security obligations (for example, billing records or logs required by law), even after conversation data has been deleted.
4. Timeline
We normally process deletion requests within up to 30 calendar days after confirming the requester's identity. Deletion from our active systems is always carried out within that period, through a real internal deletion process. We also keep backups with short retention, deleted automatically; because of this, a backup copy may retain the data for a brief additional period after deletion from active systems, always within the total 30-day period disclosed here. You will receive an email confirming completion.
5. Contacts reaching us through a client business
If you spoke with a business that uses ORLOGOS, that business is primarily responsible for your conversation data. You may request deletion directly from them, or from us — in which case we will also notify the client business of the request, when applicable.
